William Cronan

Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

20+ years of experience

William has worked as a teacher, community worker, mediator and solicitor, but throughout his career one thing has remained a constant - a commitment to helping people navigate difficult situations and find a constructive way forward.

With more than 20 years' experience in mediation and family dispute resolution, William is known for his calm, practical and balanced approach, and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Since becoming a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in 2009, he has worked extensively with separated parents, grandparents, and extended family members to develop child-focused parenting arrangements.

William's experience includes work with Family Relationship Centres, Legal Aid NSW, private practice and Aboriginal community organisations. His mediation style is relational, collaborative and outcome focused.

When he's not dealing with the serious side of life, William likes to surf, play volleyball, and write and perform in amateur comedy.
